Summary
To investigate the transcriptomic changes in mouse cerebella with Purkinje cell–specific expression of the STING-N153S mutant, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) on cerebellar tissue from N153SLSL/LSLPcp2-cre and N153SLSL/LSL mice.
