What effects do arbutin at 0.25 μM and three concentration gradients of SP helical peptides have on the gene expression of melanoma cells?

GSE300432 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 10 samples 2025/06/30 GPL34290
Summary
Previous studies have shown that arbutin has the effect of inhibiting melanin formation in melanoma cells. Therefore, we comparatively observed the effects of arbutin and SP helical peptides on the morphology, tyrosinase activity, melanin content and cell proliferation rate of mouse melanoma cells. We found that this compound, SP helical peptides, also has the effect of inhibiting melanin production, and the inhibitory effect of SP helical peptides is concentration-dependent. Therefore, based on previous studies, this experiment designed the following experimental scheme: to observe the differences in gene expression of melanoma cells under the action of arbutin and different concentrations of SP helical peptides, with or without.
