Summary
The medial (jejunum) and distal (ileum) regions of the small intestine undergo dramatic functional changes after weaning. However, how these changes differ by region and developmental stage remains unclear. To address this, we performed bulk RNA sequencing on isolated epithelial cells from the jejunum and ileum of mice at postnatal day 6 (P6) and day 36 (P36) to analyze region- and age-dependent transcriptional changes
