Summary
To determine the effect of Gpr151 mRNA depletion to rp-mRNA operon including RNA-binding protein CSDE1 after injury, we conducted CSDE1-IP sequencing analysis using the dorsal root ganglions(DRGs) of AAV-control and AAV-shGpr151 injected mice.
