Summary
Peripheral neurons can regenerate after nerve injury. To determine the transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation after injury, we conducted total RNA and RiboTag sequencing analysis using sensory neuron-specific RiboTag mice, RPL22HA+/+;Advillin-Cre+.
