Summary
High-density neutrophils (HDNs) were isolated from peripheral blood of three treatment-naïve colorectal cancer (CRC) patients with histologically confirmed colorectal adenocarcinoma, then divided into PBS-treated controls (Ctrl) and GM-CSF-treated groups (GMCSF, 10 ng/mL, 16 hours) prior to Digital RNA with pertUrbation of Genes (DRUG) Sequencing analysis of stimulation-dependent gene expression profiles.
