Regulatory T cell-derived TGF-β signaling governs the heterogeneity and abundance of tumor-infiltrating bystander CD8+ T cells

GSE306797 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/09/03 Platform GPL24247
Summary
ATAC-seq library was prepared using Hyperactive ATAC-seq Library Prep Kit for Illumina (Vazyme, TD711) to study bystander P14 CD8+ T cells in tumor. Here, we further demonstrate that TME-infiltrating TBYS cells subpopulations, including TCM-like, TEM-like, TRM-like ones, exhibit distinct epigenetic programs. This study gives a epigenetic profiles of bystander P14 CD8+ T cells in tumor.
