Loss of Pum2 Exacerbates Colitis by Disrupting Macrophage–Epithelial Crosstalk and Promoting Epithelial Necroptosis

GSE307343 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/04/08 Platform GPL17021
Summary
Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic and relapsing inflammatory disease marked by sustained mucosal immune activation and impaired epithelial barrier integrity. Here, we identify the RNA-binding protein PUMILIO2 (Pum2) as a previously unrecognized regulator of intestinal inflammation.
