Transcriptional profiling of memory B cells that form during influenza infection of majorhistocompatibility class II (MHC-II) knockout mice.

GSE307545 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 12 samples 2026/02/21 GPL24247
Summary
To evaluate the programming of activated B cells and memory B cell subsets that form in the absence of CD4 T cells we infected wilt-type (WT) and majorhistocompatibility class II (MHC-II) knockout mice with influenza PR8 and profiled the response at day 14, a time point when T cell independent memory responses arise. We isolated activated, dividing B cells which give rise to memory subsets as well as IgM and class-switched memory B cells from both cohorts of animals. These studies identify the memory B cell programming that is dependent on CD4 T cells.
