RNA‑seq of TREM1 pathway activation in human monocytes and neutrophils

GSE308014 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 32 samples 2026/05/08 GPL24676
Summary
This dataset contains bulk RNA‑sequencing profiles of primary human monocytes and neutrophils stimulated in vitro to activate the TREM1 signaling pathway. Monocytes from healthy donors were exposed to a plate‑bound TREM1 agonistic antibody or to a combination of purified peptidoglycan and PGLYRP1, alongside appropriate control conditions. RNA was collected after short‑term stimulation to capture early transcriptional responses. The resulting data can be used to characterize gene expression programs downstream of TREM1 in human myeloid cells and to derive pathway signatures for use in independent cohorts.
