Summary
Reversible neonatal ascending aorta constriction (Rev-nAAC), neonatal ascending aorta constriction (nAAC) or sham surgery was performed in newborn mice within 24h. At the 4th, 6th and 8th week, left ventricles were collected and used for RNA sequencing (n=5 per group).
