Summary
This study aimed to investigate the transcriptional responses of human THP-1 monocytes and RPMI-8226 multiple myeloma cells to various innate immune agonists. Cells were treated with ALPK1 agonist (ADP-Hep or UDSP-Hep), TLR7/8 agonist (R848), or STING agonist (ADU-S100) at different concentrations for 4 hours, and RNA-seq was performed to characterise the downstream gene expression programmes triggered by these stimuli.
