Summary
This project encompasses RNA-seq analysis of left ventricular tissue from 12week-old C57BL/6N male mice. Three mice received no treatment (control), and three mice were subjected to continuous administration of isoproterenol (ISO) and L-NAME for 6 weeks to induce a non-obese heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) phenotype. The study aims to identify transcriptomic alterations associated with non-obese HFpEF development and cardiac remodeling.
