Summary
Bulk RNA-seq was performed to compare mRNA expression in EO771 murine breast tumors between tumors expressing a Gq-DREADD driven CRH-neuron activation paradigm (DCZ injection at in-phase ZT10.5) and matched controls receiving PBS. The goal is to identify transcriptional programs in the tumor that are altered downstream of CRH-neuron activation (acute transcriptional responses, immune/tumor cell signaling, and pathway changes) and generate data suitable for differential expression, pathway enrichment, and hypothesis generation for follow-up functional work.
