Summary
Part of a broader study about ligand-receptor interaction inference and a new framework expanding our SingleSignalR tool, we show how particular experimental designs, incuding bulk analyses, can be handled by this single-cell-orientate tool. Among these, the case of PDX is illustrated with a collection of PDAC PDX whose bulk RNA-sequencing data are made available here.
