Summary
We investigated the differences between murine normal pancreatic organoids (N), pancreatitis-derived organoids (P), and PDAC organoids cultured in completed media (i.e., mCPLT). We also studied the crosstalks between P and PDAC organoids and PSCs when they are cocultured together (i.e., cocx) or in monoculture (i.e., monocx) in reduced media.
