Single-cell sequencing data of brain tissue in septic mice

GSE311977 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/12/21 Platform GPL34290
Summary
To explore the specific molecular mechanisms underlying brain injury caused by sepsis, we conducted single-cell transcriptomic analysis on mouse brain tissues. In the experimental group, mice were administered 54 mg/kg of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) via intraperitoneal injection to establish a mouse model of sepsis-associated encephalopathy (SAE). In the control group, mice received an equivalent volume of phosphate-buffered saline (PBS).
