Summary
Drug resistance is one of the major challenges in colorectal cancer (CRC) treatment. Overcoming drug resistance and improving the treatment effect of CRC patients who have developed drug resistance is a crucial issue. Crassocephalum rabens and Bidens pilosa are edible plants that are also commonly used as a folk medicine. This study explored the pharmacological mechanism and therapeutic efficacy of bioactive compounds isolated from Crassocephalum rabens and Bidens pilosa for treating drug-resistant CRC in vitro and in vivo.
