RNASeq profiliting of spermatogonia from Wt and Sirt7-/- mice

GSE313468 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2026/03/31 Platform GPL28457
Summary
Sirtuin 7 is a stress response enzyme involved in chromatin regulation. Sirt7-/- mice exhibit a premature ageing phenotype which includes dysfunctional reproductive traits. To understand better this phenomenon, in this study we investigated the transcriptional changes that occur in spermatogonia from 5 day post-natal Wt and Sirt7-/- mice.
