Single myonuclei RNA-seq on control vs AAV-OPDM mouse models

GSE314684 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples Submitted 2026/02/03 Platform GPL30172
Summary
We injected in WT BL6 male mice either NaCl (control) or AAV.MYO4A coding either for the GFP (control) of for ATG polyG-GFP, OPDM2 uGIPpolyG-GFP, OPDM3 uN2CpolyG-GFP or OPML LOC6polyG-GFP. These diverse polyGlycine proteins are responsible oculopharyngodistal myopathy (OPDM). Our aim was to determine through single nuclei RNA seq whether expression of these polyGlycine-proteins in muscle leads to a common and specific signature.
