Summary
This study employed RNA-seq to profile the transcriptomic changes in the renal cortex of diabetic nephropathy (DN) mouse models and to investigate the regulatory effects of the traditional Chinese medicine formula Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin Decoction (YHY). Kidney cortex tissues were collected from diabetic db/db mice and non-diabetic db/m control mice. Db/db mice were further divided into two groups: one treated with YHY and one vehicle-treated. Each group contained biological replicates (n=4).* Total RNA was extracted, and paired-end sequencing was performed on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. Differential gene expression analysis was conducted to identify genes and pathways altered by diabetes and modulated by YHY treatmen
