Summary
Pancreatic cancer is among the deadliest malignant tumours, characterized by rapid progression, poor prognosis, and high mortality.SIRT6 and KDM5C plays an important role in tumorigenesis, development, and drug resistance .However, the precise molecular mechanisms through which SIRT6 and KDM5C inhibit tumorigenesis and metastasis in pancreatic cancer, as well as its role in cancer stem cells (CSCs), remain unclear.Collectively, our findings identify SIRT6 and KDM5C as key regulators of pancreatic cancer progression and suggest that they represent potential targets for early diagnosis and therapeutic intervention.
