Single-cell RNA sequencing of thioglycollate-elicited peritoneal cells from myeloid-specific S1pr1 gain- and loss-of-function mice

GSE316812 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2026/01/21 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1 (S1pr1) plays an important role in myeloid cell trafficking and inflammatory responses. Here, single-cell RNA sequencing was performed on thioglycollate-elicited peritoneal cells isolated from mice with myeloid-specific S1pr1 gain-of-function or knockout, as well as their corresponding Cre-negative controls. This dataset enables interrogation of S1pr1-dependent transcriptional programs across inflammatory myeloid populations, with downstream analyses focusing on neutrophils.
