Summary
Meningeal lymphatic vessels (mLVs) play a crucial role in maintaining neurological homeostasis and disease development. However, their function in brain injury following cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) remains unclear. This study investigates how dysfunction of meningeal lymphatic vessels influences the pathological progression of CVST by regulating the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and oxidative stress (OS) pathways.
