Deletion of CD177 exacerbates acute pancreatitis-associated lung injury and colonic barrier dysfunction in a mouse model of acute pancreatitis

GSE260762 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 39 samples 2026/03/04 GPL24247
Summary
We aimed to investigate how Cd177 deletion affected AP-associated lung injury, colonic barrier dysfunction, and changes in gut microbiota. After a mouse model of AP was established, measurement of amylase and lipase, histopathological examination and intestinal mucosa-protein detection were conducted.
