Summary
This study aimed to characterize the transcriptomic changes in CD8⁺ T cells following DADA treatment. Starting from day 3 of culture, the cells were treated with DADA (40 μM) or an equal volume of DMSO solvent. On day 6 of culture, the cells were harvested, total RNA was extracted, and high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was subsequently performed.
