Summary
To elucidate the mechanism of ALDH18A1-driven gastric carcinogenesis and identify its downstream transcriptional targets, we conducted genome-wide RNA sequencing in HGC-27 cells knockdowning ALDH18A1, with comparison to negative control (si-NC) group.
