Summary
During kidney development, Etv4 and Etv5 are essential for ureteric bud branching. They are also expressed in NPCs and developing nephrons. Here we ablated Etv4 and Etv5 from NPCs and compared the gene expression profile of mutant and control mice at embryonic day 14.5.
