Gene expression during primary Hepatic Stellate Cells activation

GSE322502 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/03/05 Platform GPL24247
Summary
RNA-seq was conducted to investigate transcriptional dynamics during in vitro activation of primary hepatic stellate cells (HSCs). Cells were collected at Day 1, Day 4, and Day 7 of culture to represent progressive activation stages. Differential expression analysis identified time-dependent changes in genes associated with extracellular matrix remodeling, proliferation, inflammatory signaling, metabolic and fibrogenic pathways. These data provide insight into the molecular mechanisms governing HSC activation.
