Summary
The full-length human PON1 coding sequence was cloned into a lentiviral overexpression vector and used to infect low-expressing HCCLM3 cells. Stable overexpression clones (PON1-OE) and empty vector control clones (PON1-NC) were selected and maintained using puromycin.Each group is set up with three biological replicates.
