Summary
Single cell RNA sequencing was performed to investigate transcriptional programs associated with Glyoxalase 1 (Glo1) perturbation in glioma stem-like cells. Three experimental conditions were analyzed including control glioma stem-like cells, Glo1 knockdown, and Glo1 overexpression.
