RNA-seq analysis of dorsal root ganglia (DRG) from MIA-induced osteoarthritis mice with acupuncture or no treatment: Focus on neuro-immune crosstalk genes

GSE327205 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples 2026/07/16 GPL24247
Summary
Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic musculoskeletal disorder characterized by mechanical allodynia and dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neuroinflammation. Acupuncture at ST36 alleviates OA pain, but its effect on DRG transcriptional profiles remains unclear. This study aimed to identify key genes/pathways involved in acupuncture-mediated DRG neuro-immune remodeling using RNA sequencing.
