Summary
This study provides a transcriptomic dataset of splenic CD4+ T cells isolated from a DSS-induced colitis mouse model. Mice were treated with Akkermansia muciniphila or PBS as control. RNA sequencing was performed to characterize gene expression changes associated with microbial intervention. The dataset includes gene-level raw count matrices and normalized expression values (FPKM), providing a resource for investigating host–microbiome interactions and immune regulation in inflammatory bowel disease.
