Summary
To investigate the intrinsic mechanism of of MSCs or tpMSCs on gene expression in hypoxia/LPS-induced acute lung injury (ALI), we established hypoxia/LPS-induced ALI model mice and MSCs or tpMSCs treated mice, using healthy mice as the normal control. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis of the RNA-seq data obtained from the heart tissues of these three groups of mice.
