Summary
The purpose of this study is to investigate the transcriptomic alterations associated with reduced Top2b expression in the adult mouse brain. We performed bulk RNA-sequencing on whole brain tissues from 3.5-month-old wild-type and Top2b-low expressing homozygous mice to identify differentially expressed genes and underlying molecular pathways.
