Summary
We obtained transcriptomic profiles in Pcgf5 KD late two-cell embryos and morulae, and Pcgf5MT2C_Mm KO four-cell embryos. H2AK119ub1 ChIP-seq profiles in Pcgf5 KD molurae were also performed.
