Summary
Developing DISE inducing sRNAs based on CAG trinucleotide repeat sequences. This RNA seq analysis was designed to identify downregulated mRNAs in both the PC3 prostate tumros and the liver of xenografted nude mice treated with eitehr the control sRNA sNT1 or the CAG repeat based sRNA sCAG, both delivered as lipopolyplexes.
