Summary
This dataset contains bulk RNA-seq profiles of stromal vascular fraction (SVF)-derived adipocytes isolated from wild-type and Ythdf1 knockout mice. SVF cells were induced to undergo adipogenic differentiation in vitro, and RNA-seq was performed to identify transcriptomic changes associated with Ythdf1 deficiency.
