Summary
We performed single-cell RNA sequencing of CD45+ brain immune cells isolated from neonatal mouse cortex under control and neonatal inflammation (LPS) conditions at multiple developmental stages. The study aims to characterize developmental microglial states and their disruption by inflammatory insult during early postnatal brain maturation.
