Transcriptomic profiling of small intestine from irinotecan-treated wild-type and Gsdme-deficient mice

GSE342329 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples 2026/08/06 GPL34290
Summary
Irinotecan (CPT-11) is a topoisomerase I inhibitor that is widely used for solid tumors, including colorectal and pancreatic cancers. Although irinotecan exerts potent antitumor effects, it also causes intestinal mucositis. In the present study, the effect of irinotecan on intestinal mucositis was investigated in wild-type and Gsdme-deficient mice.
