Integrated analysis of mRNA and miRNA expression profiling in double negative T cells converted from mouse CD4 T cells

GSE143622 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing; Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2026/01/04 Platform GPL13112
Summary
To reveal the differential mechanism and the role of microRNA (miRNA) regulation in double negative T cell (DNT cell) conversion, we have analyzed the message RNA (mRNA) and miRNA expression profiles using high-throughput sequencing. Our results demonstrated that differentially expressed mRNAs and miRNAs represent extensively changes between naïve CD4 T cells, activated CD4 T cells and DNT cells.
