Summary
Developing oligodendrocytes from Nrf2 mutant and wild-type mice were treated with 1) interferon gamma for 1, 8, 24 and 48 hours or 2) thapsigargin for 1, 8 hours. Treated samples were normalized to untreated control samples from the same batch and compared to Nrf2 mutant samples from the same batch.
