Implication of FOXD2 loss of function in renal hypo(dys)plasia

GSE168582 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2026/02/27 Platform GPL19057
Summary
FOXD2 loss of function causes renal hypodysplasia/CAKUT in mice, however the underlying mechanism has not been understood. Aim of the study was to identify differentially regulated genes in Foxd2 mutant metanephric mesenchyme cells compared to control cells.
