Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of Human Normal Tissues and Epileptic Tissues

GSE185632 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing; Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing 7 samples Submitted 2024/10/11 Platform GPL20301
Summary
Epilepsy is a neurological disease that causes serious implications on the quality of life of an individual. Through this study, we aimed to identify regulatory noncoding RNAs and mRNAs involved in Epilepsy. A RNA-seq analysis was conducted to determine epilepsy-related noncoding RNAs and mRNAs. In summary, the newly identified circRNAs in networks and signaling pathways found in this study would provide hints for the development of novel prognostic, diagnostic, and therapeutic strategies for Epilepsy.
