Brain-cervical lymph node crosstalk contributes to brain injury-induced by subarachnoid hemorrhage in mice

GSE201980 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/08/14 Platform GPL24247
Summary
To explore the mechanism of how red blood cells activate lymphatic endothelial cells thereby macrophage pro-inflammatory polarization we performed RNA-seq analysis of lymphatic endothelial cells after they were treated by red blood cells for 24 hours.
