RNA-seq identifies the gene differential expression after Cisatracurium besylate (CIS) treatment in bone marrow-derived macrophages during Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) infection

GSE216384 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/10/24 Platform GPL21493
Summary
To figure out the role of Cisatracurium besylate (CIS) treatment in Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) and the underlying mechanism, we performed RNA-seq analysis after CIS treatment in bone marrow-derived macrophages during Mtb infection.
