Summary
Aging is one of the risk factors for various maladies such as cognitive deficit and frailty, which are exacerbated under obesity. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the alteration in bone marrow and brain after long-term HFD in both young adult and aged mouse.
