Transcriptome sequencing reveals expression characteristics of osteosarcoma before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy

GSE218037 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 10 samples 2025/12/31 GPL24676
Summary
Osteosarcoma is the most common primary bone cancer in children, adolescents and young adults. It is a rare cancer type. To comprehensively reveal the transcriptomic characteristics of osteosarcoma before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT), we performed next-generation sequencing (NGS) on 5 osteosarcoma patients undergoing NACT.
