Summary
To investigate the effects of circRNA in AML, we collected the PBMC of AML patients and healthy volunteers and performed high-throughput sequencing, the results showed that circRNA_01 was differentially expressed in AML and normal samples. This suggests that circRNA_01 might play an important role in regulating AML. In order to find out the cohort of genes whose expression was regulated by circRNA_01, we constructed THP-1/U937 cell lines stably infected with lentiviral particles carrying control shRNA (sh_NC) or circRNA_01 shRNA.
