The Effects of MIZ1 Deficiency on Germinal Center B Cells in the Light Zone [RNA-seq]

GSE234361 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 7 samples Submitted 2025/06/07 Platform GPL21103
Summary
The germinal center (GC) reaction is a critical process for the generation of high-affinity antibodies and the establishment of immunological memory. Within the GC, B cells undergo a series of tightly regulated molecular and cellular events. MIZ1, a transcription factor, has recently emerged as a key regulator of B cell fate during the GC response. This study aims to investigate the impact of MIZ1 deficiency specifically on B cells located in the light zone (LZ) of the germinal center.
